UK bLog 5
Coming to the live from BBC - London for the last time, I am Colin Keady. Now that we have concluded our trip, I am so incredibly thankful for this experience. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to go to Europe, so I am very glad I was able to do that with some of my closest friends. We were able to see and do so much in such a short amount of time. One of the biggest highlights was seeing the House of Commons during a live debate. As a political nut: it was so cool to see the chambers of another government. That is something I will remember forever. I enjoyed getting to meet so many new people on this trip. Even thought some of the Ohio State kids were distant, I tried to best to network. Even thought I knew quite a few people, I also enjoyed getting to know Caroline and some of the other UARK folk.
I am also thankful for Dr. Miller and Uncle Shane for coordinating the trip. They did such a wonderful job of keeping us in line, even thought we low-key were keeping them in line at times. This was a wonderful experience I will remember for a lifetime. I have know in my knowledge of agriculture: so I can’t wait to get some British cows so I can try some Milk tea!!
