Dressed For Success

I think professional dress is something that needs to be examined by everyone at all levels. Very few jobs should require daily professional dress. Others should relax their dress codes and all for more employee freedom. Wearing the same blue suits with plain ties has caused this homogeny across industries that deprives people of the one joy in life: expressing yourself. I will continue to wear my green suit and wear cologne, even when someone expresses traditional dress views from the 1990s. I know when to hold back and when to show out, but I will never be the guy who owns plain suits with plain ties with plain shoes. Life is too short to look like a lifeless Wall Street Broker.
